Fees vary depending on the complexity of the case and the course of action required. These matters will be discussed in detail during our first meeting. I charge a minimum flat fee of $5,000 plus HST. More complex matters, including those that may require a trial, are billed on an hourly basis. I am prepared to discuss payment arrangements that suit your needs.
